'Our en-suite in the master bedroom is going to have its own balcony with the view from the bathtub being the beach,' Sara told Daily Mail Australia in August last year.
The garden is what Sara is most excited for, with the star adding: 'We'll be installing a pool and have the garden area in tiers due to the shape of the block.
'There'll also be an outdoor shower, six-metre high hedges for privacy and a fire pit.

I can't wait to throw parties out there.'
