Fans have taken to social media to question how managed to escape punishment following an incident in 's defeat to on Sunday.
After recovering from their early-season slump, United had began climbing back up the Premier League table, and had recorded five games unbeaten in the competition heading into the game at Villa Park.

The result is an unwelcome one for a United side that appeared to be finding their form under Ten Hag for the first time.
Since making the move to Old Trafford Martinez has been subjected to a variety of questions regarding his suitability playing at centre-back due to his relatively short stature for the position.
The 5ft 9in Argentina international joined United from Ten Hag's former bay247 club Ajax for a fee of £57million.
